Navigate -> Marketing -> Email+ ->Click on New Campaign
When you click on New Campaign, you will be redirected to the below image.
Here you are allowed to complete all the 6 basic steps. In case you are not having any information in any step, you can click on Back to Campaign which helps you to save as draft and allows you to edit and make necessary changes as required.
