To get notifications for my agents action we can follow the below steps:

  • Go to Lead Box Feature ->  Lead Customization ->  Lead Notification
  • Add Notifications (Pop up would appear)

1. All – Applied for all Notification conditions.

  • Select Notification Type (Email/SMS)
  • Select the agent to whom you want to send the notification

2. Custom – We can customize according to our requirements.

  • Select the Lead Condition (Lead Source, Lead Stage) and enter Field Data
  • Select the Notification channel (Email/SMS)
  • Select the agent to whom you want to send the notification
  • Click on Save
